I'm in a baking rut. I have the extreme urge to bake bake bake, but I have no time to do so. I have a fantastic new cookbook from the hummingbird bakery that I am itching to use but I don't have the energy or time to bake. (I'm also sick at the moment so cooking for others isn't the greatest idea) I also don't have many baking materials and this is my next birthday wish even though my birthday is months away. My prime need is one of these.
   It's rather expensive though so this may not be mine very soon. Anyway those are my thoughts for the moment.
